His crew was timely, courteous, and regularly sought approval of the finishes under consideration. They routinely went above and beyond to make certain that the outcome was top notch and that I, the customer, was satisfied. They worked well with other contractors working on the job, coordinating their activities for the smooth completion of the project. On rainy days they addressed some complicated interior water damage repairs and refinishing which came out great. Unfortunately, when you own a large "complicated" home you are in regular need of painting services. I have Steve Lockwood on speed dial and figure on using him and his crew regularly going forward. We contacted Steve and he was quick to come look at the project and e-mailed me a written estimate me the following day. Once we had approved the bid and scheduled the work Steve and his crew showed up and prepped the floors and walls. Drywall repair and wall sanding was meticulously done. Two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration wall paint were applied with another sanding in between coats. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. Not only does the painting look great but we truly enjoyed meeting and working with Steve and his employees. They are honest, trustworthy and very friendly. We recommended Lockwood Finishes to several of our neighbors and friends and they have been just as impressed and pleased as we were. There was a delay (delays happen these days) in scheduling a start date however, Steve’s crew started on the day that was scheduled and was completed on time which outweighs any delays that may occur. The work was very high quality and reasonably priced. Thank you Steve! I love the finished product. I would highly recommend Lockwood Finishes. See more See less

out of 5 starsWe had a water leak which damaged an area of the downstairs ceiling. This required repairing the ceiling and repainting the area. We were fortunate enough to find Lockwood Finishes and specifically Ian to do the repair work. Ian did a masterful job on the repair and the paint job. I highly recommend Lockwood Finishes for any inside or outside job requiring repairing surfaces. Great job Ian! See more See less

out of 5 starsThe Lockwood crew was efficient, on time and quickly accomplished an excellent repair of our ceilings and walls. They were courteous and respectful of ourselves and our home. The inspection and bid process was thorough and all questions were answered, even pointing out damage our insurance adjuster had not noticed. They were on task immediately upon arrival and made quick work of our water stained sheetrock. High quality materials were used for an excellent end-product. They went out of their way to do a new bath ceiling fan install along with all of the plaster and paint work. All of the work area was well tarped and clean up was fantastic. We were extremely pleased with the whole job and recommend them highly to anyone needing paint and plaster work! See more See less
